Youth Mass 2022
On 15th May 2022, the young people of the parish took on all the liturgical roles, apart from that of the priest! They welcomed people into the church, did the collection, read the readings, danced the Gospel book and the Offertory gifts up the aisle, sang the responsorial psalm and chose and performed the music for the day. The photos show how much they enjoyed themselves but the spontaneous applause from the parishioners at different times during the Mass suggests how much they were also appreciated.

Many thanks to Laurina Mutota, who spent hours preparing the young people for the day. In some ways, it was a ‘Sister Act’ moment!
